FMS-Enterprise Gateway provides powerful protection for intellectual property and confidential information
files by enforcing security policies on the wire, blocks unauthorized access to protected information and
stops it from leaving the enterprise network. Its unique ability to be able to identify protected data on the
wire irrespective of the network application being used, empowers it to enforce L4-L7 security policies on
the wire. It does not need to know structure of the data file to enforce security, which makes its deployment
as easy and 1-2-3 without having to change network topology or mail transfer agents (MTA).
Simple integrated Web browser/HTTP based access allows any user to create filters for protected IP files
which makes overall management and long term operation easy.It eliminates accidental information leakages
and even if a protected file is directly or indirectly emailed to someone who is not supposed to receive it, it
can not be viewed by the unauthorized receiver. IP protection is provided against unauthorized access
through common network protocols as HTTP, Ftp, Tftp etc. All standard document formats are supported,

maintained for auditing anytime in future. Entitlement to access a file is determined based on
